Two words — full coverage. Another fantastic perk for active duty Sailors and Officers is the FULL healthcare coverage they receive at all military hospitals and dental facilities.

If any one kind of specific service were unavailable, you would receive a referral to where you need to go. This would also be covered by your Navy healthcare plan.

Any time there’s a medical emergency or concern, just visit your local medical facility.

Once you report to a command, you will be assigned a primary care physician, who may be a Navy doctor or a civilian physician.
